What is Little Beech Tree?
Little Beech Tree sell giftware items. We only offer items that are carefully selected from UK wholesalers and insure great quality. We specialise in preparing bundles, baskets, hampers and tins full of goodies that make ideal gift sets. We love to package up lots of little things and present them beautifully in various containers making unique gifts for all year around. From traditional baskets and hampers to tins and jars along with vintage watering cans and suitcases; we have an array of distinctive ideas guaranteed to impress.
What is a bundled product?
This term relates to a product made up of multiple items and sold as one purchase. For example, baskets, hampers, tins, jute bags, watering cans etc containing 1 or more item constitute as a bundled item.

How do I sell something on your website?

Do you charge for delivery?
Each product varies in cost for delivery. We work with Hermes Couriers who offer excellent postage rates. Rates are based on weight and the price for postage can be found at the check out stage of your purchase. An example is as follows:
Traditional medium basket containing 5 small items weighs approx 0.870 kg and costs approx £4.20 in delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery will be within 3 – 7 working days from the date you place your order. If you need faster delivery please contact us and we can discuss the options.
I’ve changed my mind, can I return my purchase(s)?
Should you wish to return a non-faulty item(s) please do so within 8 days of receipt of your purchase to obtain a refund. Please return the item along with the a competed returns slip that can be found with your order. Please note that good must be returned in a condition good enough for re-stocking and at your expense.
My order arrived damaged, what can I do about this?
In the unlikely event of one of our products arriving damaged, please contact us in writing at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of your order. We shall advise you about our returns and refunds process in relation to damaged items.
How long do refunds take?
After processing the refund the money can take up to 30 days to appear back in your account depending on your method of payment and bank.
